Michael Chesley Johnson, MPAC, PSA, PSNM, is an award-winning oil and pastel painter working primarily en plein air in the American Southwest and the Canadian Maritimes. A Master Pastellist of Pastel Artists Canada, a Signature Member of both the Pastel Society of America and the Pastel Society of New mexico, as well as a juried member of Oil Painters of America, he is the founder of Plein Air Painters of the Bay of Fundy.
