** NOTE: This is ONLY for pastel entries. Entries for oil, watercolor, etc., must be made through the appropriate sponsoring organization **
Please fill out the form below and then click the Submit button at the bottom. You have the option of selecting payment by check or paying online with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
After submitting, you will need to e-mail your images to Jill Rushton according to the specifications as noted below. For full details and helpful suggestions on imaging your work, please see the prospectus.

Digital Requirements:
Image size: 700 pixels on longest side
Resolution: 300 dpi
File Format: jpg (JPEG) - highest
quality
File Name Protocol: 1st 4 letters of Last Name, 1st 4 letters of
First Name (if your name does not have 4 letters, fill in with ‘Xs’), Entry
Letter (corresponding to entry form), P for Pastel.
Example:
Artist's
Name: John Smith; Entry A will be named: smitjohnAP.jpg
If you use a
professional photographer, or have slides converted to digital files by someone
other than yourself, please be sure all the entry criteria listed above are
followed.
NOTE: Any file received that is not the correct size, may be reformatted by PSNM for use in the slide show created for the jury process. An email notification of the change may be sent.
Fields marked * are required. Painting Titles limited to
25 characters or less, including spaces.
